How to Navigate
RCB Library – Architectural Drawings Catalogue
You may browse through the digital archive either by Item or Collection by clicking that button on the top menu bar
You may search for material using the Search box at the top of the Screen
You may browse through the entire digital archive or narrow the results by selecting Architectural Drawings based on:
Church Name, Civil Parish, Diocese, County, Architect, Architectural feature
or by Tag at Item level or by Browse by Tag tab
Tags group individual Architectural Drawings together using a controlled vocabulary including Architect, Parish, Diocese, County, Architectural features eg. window, chancel, elevation, pulpit etc.
Click on an individual item description or thumbnail to see the Architectural Drawing surrogate details. By clicking on the Image you will see a detailed view of the Architectural Drawing
You may also view an Architectural Drawing or detail by clicking on the JPEGs listed under Image Viewer at the end of the Item record
An overall view and detailed images of the Architectural Drawing are provided
The first phase of the digital catalogue contains drawings from the dioceses of Ardagh, Achonry, Ardfert, Armagh, Cashel, Clogher, Clonfert and Cloyne.
